My name is...K'tan. I've been a member of StarCraft.org and Warboards for quite a while now, since 11-06-2005. Now I shall endeavour to help Warboards wiki too. I have, so far gained a bit of a reputation on SC.org as K'tan (a good one, by the way). I seem to be fairly well known on the site now, which is nice. However, the story of my life on Warboards is much more turbulent. My first few posts on Warboards were fine, but then, I made a thread, in the wrong category. Despite the good intention of those who told me, I felt very embarrassed, and turned tail and ran away from the site. However, one day, one of the links to new posts on sc.org caught my eye. I decided to dip my toes back into the Warboards pool of knowledge, and now I am hooked.

K'tan then, one day, became a moderator. First, on Sep 25, 2006, he was hired as StarCraft.org staff and then, on November 27, 2006, he was appointed to a Junior mod position, overseeing the StarCraft and StarCraft II Theories forums. On January 13, 2007, he gained full Moderator status.

During the 2007 presidential elections, he was nominated by NastyApe and avidly supported by Hyperion, SwanyRath and DarkMirror, to name but a few. He came joint second with TinyDancer and Chuthulu, with Black.Ice being the winner.

When asked about coming third with TinyDancer and Chuthulu, K'tan stated that the tentacles made the triumvirate very 'interesting.'

Eventually, after a long tenure as a mod, K'tan realised that he needed to devote more time to his social life. Feeling that with University coming up, he would be unable to practically fufil his duties properly and wanting to get the most (wommanz) out of University as humanly possible, K'tan finally decided to leave on a high. He leaves to also attend more to creative writing and odd pursuits such as Orz baiting and Pokemon bothering.

No doubt, Warboards.org will be one of the forums he pays respects to when he finally gets around to 'finishing that novel he was writing' (or rather, getting it published)

Well, he has the incredible ability to make even the most spammy post relevant to the topic. He is also an established writer, having even a published piece in a Region wide competition. He has dabbled in making AMVs and modding. Also is a bit of a Warhammer painter. Recently he has been dabbling in humorous photoshop edits and comics. Some would say he brings 'pretty eyes.'

He also brings tissues. *Clean up on aisle 4...*

He also moderates on StarCraft.org and is the assigned moderator of the StarCraft and SC II theories sections.

1. - Next time someone calls you a Nazi, take it as a deep and much appreciated compliment.
2. - Tell someone that you really liked Donnie Darko, because it 'spoke' to you. Then, smile widely.
3. - Tell an old school friend that you've now come out of the closet. Touch them...Make sure said friend is of the opposite gender to you.

I generally contribute to SC.org through means of being pedantic about the backstory of StarCraft and being frustrated at my ignored Fanfics. Indeed, my fan art, which was the product of me just messing around one day, has atracted much more attention, leading me to wonder, should I pursue a career in sprite art instead?

Also, I am frequently found *looking to* *grabbing* or *loading* my shotgun. This is not an innuendo, merely me being concerned about something. For example...

• Hmmm, it seems this Fenguin character is something of a legend.*Loads shotgun*
• I'm not fully sure waht's going, but as long as the function remains the same, we'll be ok.
