Darmago is a, often silent, frequenter of the IRC channel, and founder of the IRC federation Social group. He rarely posts on warboards. He is a self-described cleric of Seal.

It is thought that Darmago actually does have a life outside of IRC and videogames, but there is no evidence besides some pictures which have never surfaced on warboards and could have been easily doctored by a sentient computer program which he is also disputed to be. He claims to be a figment of the imagination of the collective unconciousness, although this is not for certain. It has also been claimed that he is a hobo living in a box with a laptop stealing wireless bandwidth.
