[edit] Sid's First Strike on WB's.
Sid appeared on Warboards.ORG / Map Forge out of nowhere on 10-03-2004. Though he wasn't warmly welcomed and was taken as 'Newbie', his Questions, at start, mostly went Unanswered.
Sid became the Center of Attraction of many Modders around Map Forge after he released his Demons Race Mod. He inspired other Members like EvilEggCracker and Dayoh to work further on the Mods that would bring New Races. Though Dayoh succeeded in finishing Goblins Race Mod, it remains to be seen if Dayoh and Sid merged their Mods into a single 'Map / Mod Pack'.
After the successful First Strike, Sid continued Striking Again and Again. Each time with his Title - Striking Back.
His initial Questions were Directed towards the AI on Hero Arena Maps. Though none seemed to have enough knowledge about making Computer Bots, Sid continued venturing in the field. Out of the desperation, eventualy becoming the Best AI Maker around Map Forge. He became One of the Best Persons to ask for Flawless Trigger Systems. Now, with considerabe knowledge, He began to write his own Tutorials to instruct the Newcomers.
Very first 'isolation' that he encountered on Warboards changed his way of behaving on the Forums, He rarely posted on Warcraft Town Hall, and Almost never appeared in other Forums.
[edit] Sid's Dire Actions
With WoW's release, Map Forge began to die. And thus Sid stepped in to save it. Instead of futile attempts to make Map Forge populated again, Sid gone rogue and made his own Community about Warcraft Mapping and Modding. He kept it parallel to Warboards, and thus, succeded in keeping Warcraft Mapping alive along with his fellow Members who once posted on Map Forge. He quickly attracted mappers by Granting them their own sections on his Community Forums. He kept is Forums under watchful eye and even tied an affiliation with External Warraft 3 Mapping Sites, For Instance - Clan CBS.
Even though he was doing well with his own community, he did not forget Map Forge, He, along with Dayoh, demanded the renewal of Map Forge. Taking Direct Approach methods, he aimed his fury towards Mindslaver, the Moderator of Map Forge during that time. Having become a highly reputed member among the Mappers, his word could not be denied. As a fruit to all his efforts, Hotshot was appointed as Moderator of Map Forge. Hotshot could not deny Sid's words and did his best to nourish Map Forge. As Hotshot was also appointed as Sid's Private Forums Admin, Sid's importance on Warboards grew as he became Humble Mapper .
The Humble Mapper released his Map - Ruins : Domination Tournament, and his powers about Mapping were confirmed. He bacame even powerful and reputed than before.
[edit] Sid's Suceessful Strike : BftC
Sid finaly released the Final Version of his Mini-AoS map - Battle for the Conquest, teaming with his Brother AncientOfWnd. The Map became highly popular, and it increased Sid's reputation as a powerful mapper around Map Forge. Though Sid never treated anyone roughly, He began to get more firm on his words, becoming a lot confident than before. Still, Sid helped everyone, had debates with other Triggerers around like Uberfoop and Edwinfong25, and even helped Blacker - newly entered mapper that presented 'newbie'ness at start. Blacker's entry seemed Sid reminding of his own past 'newbie'ness on WBs. He quickly assisted Blacker with everything that he could. Sid's softer side on Blacker was quickly confirmed by release of BftC's Unprotected Vesion. The release that contained the best of His AI (RoC Vesrion). Though Sid now treats Blacker as his favoured pupil than a fellow member, he still put a lot critiques on Maps released by Blacker.
Sid retired soon after releasing BftC's last version, and changed his title - Not a Mapper Anymore
[edit] Sid's Return : The Second Coming
Sid return was confirmed by his own - DBZ/GT Spellpack/Arena Project. This time, Sid Teamed up with FrankZ and the Screenshots that he presented made official confirmation of his newly Increased Powers about Mapping.
His word gained power and now he sits in a corner of a Map Forge, Highly Honoured, Watching over the Forum.
