Schwitzer was initially assigned to the StarCraft forums. He was elevated to being a temporary administrator during a brief period when AJ and Edgewize were away. Later on, he assumed the newly-created role of the super moderator (now non-existent), which granted him some administrator powers again.
He retired from moderating for about two months, but eventually rejoined the staff again.
Upon rejoining, he resumed his position amongst the global moderators, where he remained until half-way through 2006 when AJ went on a two-week vacation. While AJ was away, Schwitzer once again took on the role of temporary administrator.
When AJ returned it was decided that Schwitzer was to permanently retain the position of administrator. Indeed, it is expected that Schwitzer will incrementally assume administrative duties on WarBoards.
Near the end of December 2007, Schwitzer stepped down from the position of Administrator of WarBoards, and Webmaster of Starcraft.org because, in his own words, "It's no secret that my attention has been increasingly consumed elsewhere these past few months. It happens to all of us now and then, but when I could consistently not visit the site for weeks at a time I began to re-evaluate the role and responsibilities that I was so blatantly neglecting." The ORG Network was sad to see him retire, he is one of the best of us. But we find joy in the fact that he has not left the ORG Network completely, and will pop in every now and then when he can.
He is perhaps one of the only staff members to ever be banned - several times. This is probably due to his tendency to provoke AJ in his light-hearted pranks.
That said, he has contributed his fair share to the site, including writing the WarBoards FAQ, creating the WarBoards Intellectual Compare project as well as the WarBoards Census.

Schwitzer has a very cynnical, sarcastic streak through him that is the source of endless amounts of dry humor. He has participated in - and been the cause of - many of the WarBoards pranks, including:
He is creative and witty, and certainly likes to amuse himself.
Now and then he will have a hand in debating, where he will tear through the oppositions' arguments, methodically rebutting them, sometimes in a condescending manner, but usually with facts and logic.
Another notable observation is his tendancy to make "<intoxicated posts>" when he's drunk. Surprisingly, his inebriated posts have near-flawless spelling, grammar and coherency. Example intoxicated posts include:
"Chicken Noodle Soup is the greatest invention on Earth. I think we all take Chicken Noodle Soup for granted. You should stop and consider what a profound impact Chicken Noodle Soup has had on our cultural evolution."

Throughout his time on WarBoards, Schwitzer's avatar has undergone several changes from it's basic "Infested Moderator" image (and all its variants). He draws most of them from scratch using Microsoft Paint. A gallery of Schwitzer's avatars can be found in the Schwitzer's Avatars category.
