[edit] History

Hotshot was an avid Starcraft fan and enjoyed playing Starcraft whenever the chance arose. He dosen't play on Battle.net - instead he plays against his friends using a LAN. His favourite race is Zerg, but he has adapted the skills to play as Terran and Protoss as well. He is also an expert Starcraft map maker, having produced over 20 professional-quality maps. When it comes to Starcraft facts and strategies Hotshot knows most everything there is.
He soon become very interested in Warcraft III (and Frozen Throne) and knows a great deal about the advanced features of the Warcraft World Editor. He enjoys DotA-Allstars to an extent but believes it draws attention away from other quality maps. Like Starcraft, he dosen't play on Battle.net, choosing to play by LAN or via Hamachi instead.
He always thinks logically, is no good at maths, but excels at english and could be considered a grammar nazi. He owns a skateboard, but can't skate.

[edit] Warboards History

The_Hotshot first came to the forums of Warboards on the 23rd of April almost out of nowhere. Later on he requested a nick' change and was granted such, being known then as Hotshot. He used to hang around the Maps and Mods Depot in the Starcraft Forum and the Members Lounge, but nowadays he can be found in the Map Forge in the Warcraft Forum.
He is an expert Starcraft Map Maker and, as such, was granted the title of a Mapping Guru on the 29th of April, 2006 by moderator GrassDragon.
On the 27th of November, 2006 he was promoted to a Moderator of the Map Forge by AJ.
He subsequently quit mid-February, due to a busier schedule and time constraints. He is no longer a Moderator.
He is very pedantic about his posts on the forums and will often edit them over small issues/changes. Also considered to be straight forward and to the point (blunt). He is friendly towards other members on the forum and is always willing to help those with mapping problems where he can, providing detailed solutions - and sometimes even test-map solutions (actual maps with the solution to the problem).
He is no longer a regular to the forums of Warboards, and it is a highly rare occurance to see him, but he may or may not return following the release of Starcraft 2.
